Since when did Lamont become so special?.....In my opinion he lost to Amir Khan, and I know Khan is a fighter whom you don't think highly of and I thought he lost to Victor Ortiz as well. Rios would beat Lamont, where Khan and Ortiz could couldn't keep Lamont down when they both knocked him down twice, Rios would finish the job that they could start but not end.

 

it wont get made right now, it would be stupid for broners camp to make rios his first test at 140. broner has been able to fight the way he has been doing, because of his overwhelming advantage in size, speed and power. those advantages are going to be drastically reduced in the size and power department. how is he going to react when the cant manhandle the guy and hes geting hit by the heaviest hands hes had to deal with? hes not going to be walking anyone down, picking his shots, hes gonna have to do some great boxing to keep from geting beat up.
right now its a winnable fight for him, hes got the speed, power and reflexes to neutralize this guy, i just dont think hes prepared, at this point, to deal with someone like rios. i think his camp knows this and they will want to see how their car runs on a longer track, before putting him in with rios.

I don't think Broner wants Rios at this point, but it would be a helluva fight to watch. Why is everyone assuming Broner has more power? Brandon is very heavy handed.
