... And let's see what SRL has to say about Roberto "hands of stone" Duran.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6s8tGmXHJIY (see: 31.43)

SRL's reaction to Duran's victory over Davey Moore:

"I just looked at Duran and said... Man, you know, you ARE the BEST!...you...you're IT!" ... Sugar Ray Leonard

    I agree with SRL

It's Duran quite easily for me. He wasn't blessed with speed and athleticism like Mayweather was and yet he still competed with and beat fighters Mayweather hasn't come close to facing. In his prime he had an excellent defense and of course offensively is one of the greatest fighters to have ever lived. Mayweather exceeds him in defense but overall as a fighting machine Duran was more skilled.

Why not? PBF is one of the most skilled fighters in the history of the sport. Just because you think Duran is superior doesn't make anyone who thinks PBF is any less valid.

Thing is, alot of the posters who voted don't know more than the "No Mas" fight for Duran.

There's a clear gap in the demonstration of skill throughout their careers, that's why. People will always disagree, but for the majority to pick Floyd to me speaks volumes about what people actually know about boxing.

Utter nonsense. Id easily argue Duran is stronger, better chin and possesses more punching power then Floyd in terms of physical advantages

And Durans athleticism overall was very close to Floyd if youve seen any of his workouts. He was a phenominal athlete

Also Floyd hasnt relied on his physical gifts for quite some time and remains a top tier fighter.
