Gamboa wants to use Demarco as a measuring stick against Broner's performance. Thank goodness Demarco turned him down.

Gamboa called out Broner, he made it clear who he wants.

DeMarco should rematch Linares and winner gets Gamboa. Both are still capable, but I don't see them being elites. They always seem to fall to elites. Solid B level fighters tho.

Maybe he doesn't want to fight a proven PED user?

To be fair Gamboa never failed a test.

With that said, all of his fights should have ODST.

I think that would have been a good fight. Gamboa would have been moving up and DeMarco is still one of the top 135 pound guys out there and could have given Gamboa some trouble. Gamboa would have been the favorite and if he were to win that would have really started a push for a Broner-Gamboa fight.

If not DeMarco there isn't a ton of other options for Gamboa when he fights at 135 unless he fights someone like Vazquez or Abril and I have no desire to see either one of those guys again no matter who they fight.

Gamboa better find a way to clear his name, he should fight Rios after Rios gets done with Alvarado....

Cant believe he would just pull out of the fight like that..... Pathetic...

DeMarco is coming off a bad beating so i get it

but Gamboa looked ripe in his last outing, this may be the time he gets beat, DeMarco may be passing up a golden opportunity
