Guererro can be hit he's a good fighter but no special affects. Berto has fast hands but he's not elusive. What ever you throw will hit him. Guererro like Victor Ortiz will see how precise and elusive Mayweather is. Guererro will struggle to catch Mayweather clean. I know a lot of you guys bring up Cotto hitting Money May with nothing more than a jab! Cotto was very busy and I don't see that type of intensity as far as being strong and forceful coming from Guererro

I was impressed with how he bullied Berto around but he will not get away with that vs Floyd, He was way to easy to hit with a right and Berto didnt even have a good left hook and Floyd does

I also dont think he can win from the outside, Ive never liked this match up

Cotto has a really good jab but RG seems more versatile.

Versatile? He better have his Benard Hopkins routine down pack cause he can't outbox Lil Floyd! Guererro is slow and he's no devastating puncher either. Hell he couldn't get a blind man out of there. What happens when he face someone fast and slick like Floyd!

Why people comparing Ortiz to RG? Sure both are southpaws, young lions, but thats where it ends. RG took Bertos best shots and never went down unlike Victor. Victor had to go life and death with Berto while RG beat Berto down and gave him the worst beating of his career. You gotta be blind not to see that.

Ortiz is a one trick pony, hop around, jump in with the lead left, right hook, right uppercut. Guerrero actually has a good jab, more angles/tools in his arsenal, better combinations and more accuracy. His feet arent as fast but better placed/more balance. Guerrero will have success boxing Floyd cuz Floyd will be trying to walk him down and be the aggressor. Guerrero will be able to control the tempo and box/brawl when he chooses to.

With all that being said, I think Ortiz would beat Guerrero fairly easily.

All Guererro has going for himself is will other than that he's out matched

Im not so sure about that. He just got destroyed by Lopez. Even if he did, that doesnt mean anything. Marquez ko'd Pacquiao which hardly anyone predicted but do you think Marquez would beat the Margarito that Pacquiao faced?
