Brook for me. I'm still convinced he'll beat Alexander when they do eventually fight in May or June whenever it is.

I think all of those fighters are capable of winning world titles at some point in their respective careers, whether or not they do is another matter. Other fighters I'd pick to win a world belt in the next 12 months would be Tyson Fury and George Groves.

Others like Quigg, Frampton and Price still have a way to go yet and are not as close as some people like to claim they are.

I don't think Brook will beat Alexander unfortunately, wouldn't be surprised if Frampton fights for the IBF in his next fight

If Frampton fights for a world title any time soon against a legit world class fighter then he gets knocked out. He showed a lot of heart and skills against Martinez but also a lot of defensive flaws. He got away with them on the night because Kiko was Euro level. A world level fighter would capitalise and stop him. The McGuigans mustn't rush him.

16 votes for special needs?

If he doesnt beat Alexander, who exactly is he gonna beat to become a World Champion?

It aint gonna happen. Zero inside game. And Alexander has been in with far superior opposition. It wont be a shock if Alexander wins, but it will be if Brook pulls it of. I cant see it myself. Alexander is to fast, moves a lot, and is to awkward for Brook. He is a disruptive fighter, and makes good fighters look really bad. I don't think Brook is the type of fighter who will bring it away from home enough to take the fight. He is a plodder and a single puncher, Alexander will work that out after 2 rounds and take the fight by UD, just by looking busier with movement, and doing the minimum necessary to get the job done.

I'm almost certain of it. So with that being said, why do those 16 people think Brook is gonna become the first on that list? If he dont beat Alexander, who is he gonna beat in the Welterweight division?

Kell first but if he doesn't beat Alexander then Frampton definitely.

Malignaggi isn't that great and neither is Robert Guerrero. Brook could beat either of those on his best day IMO. He beats Alexander too if he gets it right on the night. Devon is overrated by so many on here just because he's won some world titles. Look at his fights more closely though. He got destroyed by Bradley, outboxed by Andreas Kotelnik and was lucky to get the decision against Matthysse.

I'm not trying to say Alexander is **** or anything, he's just not as fantastic as loads on here are making him out to be. He can definitely be beaten by a hungry fighter. Kell has a great chance.

Brook could beat Malignaggi but i think if he loses to Alexander hes gonna come back to England and have a couple of easy fights or a rematch with Jones
dont think he gets another world title fight straight away

    Malignaggi yes :good

Guerrero you must be joking. He brings it. And Kell doesnt react well when he is up against the ropes and involved in an inside game. He likes to walk the opponent down behind crisp punches. When he is put on the back foot he gets overwhelmed. Alexanders excessive lateral movement and constant inside and out, will be to much for Kell Brook. Stylistically it aint a good fight for Kell Brook. If he stops Alexander then he wont need to answer that argument. But I just think Alexander is smarter than that, and way more experienced. OK every fighter needs to take that step to prove themselves, but I don't think this is the fight.

Can Kell Brook become a world champion, I think so, but against Alexander? :-(

I'm pretty confident Brook beats Alexander, I could well be wrong but I don't rate Alexander that highly.
