According to Schaefer, ****** said he was interested but that Burns' manager, Alex Morrison, wasn't. Schaefer said that was "unfortunate, because Ricky is going to lose to Vasquez for a fraction of the money he can make fighting Broner."

Doesn't sound like the Vasquez fight is going to go ahead anyway, so I don't know what Schaefer is talking about.

er no we all know Morrison didn't want Ricky fighting Broner at short notice around Feb, and how does Morrison not wanting the fight at that time mean that Burns ducked Broner :lol::lol:

    anyway...so long Frank!!

That'd be great if he'd let Cleverly fight someone.

This actually confuses me...where exactly does Frank ****** or Richard Shaeffer say that Burns was afraid of Broner and didn't want the fight?

is this thread what they call "self ownage?"

and I bet none of you watched Frank ******s pathetic interview on Bunce Boxing hour the other day, saying he'll only let his fighters fight abroad if he REALLY fancies their chances, and slating Hearn for letting Gavin Rees fight Broner and putting his other fighters into fights they could lose

TS isn't the brightest to be fair. Still don't think it's a fight he's particularly keen on though. As mentioned several times, if he just ducks Broner long enough for Broner to move up, he can keep that title.

Yeah, PTF is my dude and this is a topic he's been heavily invested in for months on here so I've fell back on it for the most part.

If you've followed Rickys career you'd know he's not the type who's afraid to lose a fight, what do people think he's afraid of? getting punched in the face? going to a hostile enviroment? getting beat? he's been there and done that

This reminds me back when PBF beat Gatti and PBF tired to fight Hatton at 140 but Hatton didn't want the fight. Even though it made the most sense especially since Hatton had just beaten Zoo.
