This content is protected He seems like he's living a good life beyond boxing. Going to different conferences. Always talks to his fans on twitter/facebook etc etc.
Lewis is so fortunate that the Klits followed him up, that is the only reason people look fondly at him, because his reign was **** and uninteresting, but atleast he fought live bodies for the most part. That Klits are worse speaks volumes.
If that's what you think, you're very ignorant He's the best hw since Ali. Lewis was an extremely good HW with a great resume. Lewis (In many people's minds) beats Ali h2h. The man was a multi dimensional fighter. Could do it all.
Lewis couldn't handle McCall, Rahman, and struggled against Ray Mercer. To try to claim he would be favored to beat Ali is ridiculous.
He beat McCall/Rahman and Mercer He just never took them seriously in their first fights. He came back and destroyed them afterwards. Lewis beats everyone in his prime. Was simply too good.
He pulled McCall out the ****ing crack house to fight him, GTFOH with that bull ****. Rahman shouldn't have KO'd him in the first place. Ray Mercer shouldn't have been close with his skillset. All that proves my point that he wouldn't be competitive with Ali. LIke I said Lennox Lewis is just fortunate the Klits followed him up and proved to be even more boring and even worse fight makers than he was. I"ll say this, Lewis didn't have those bogus K2 contracts that alone makes him superior to the tag team HW bros.
He gets knocked out twice and suddenly he's one of the worst heavyweights? :rofl His resume is STACKED bro, STACKED and would have beaten Ali H2H prime vs prime. Fact
He didn't rematch Mercer and McCall's mental ring breakdown is hardly a destruction of anything. Rahman is an embarrassment because Lewis was a seasoned champion, just because he won a rematch doesn't remove the fact he couldn't make the count first time around.
Most hw champs (Even the truly elite ones) have blunders on their careers. 2 blunders won't affect Lewis negatively because this man had the balls to rematch them and knock them the **** out.
Never said he was one of the worst, I"m positive that there are plenty of worse heavyweight than Lennox Lewis. He had one of the worst HW reigns I could think of until the Klits took over. As for the Ali talk, sorry if you struggle against Mercer, lose to McCall, and can't handle Rahman you aren't going to bother prime Ali.
He beat Rahman the 2nd time around. He beat McCall the 2nd time arou nd Ali lost to Spinks (A pro fighter with 6 fights on his resume) and was knocked out by Holmes Still doesn't change the fact that Ali is the greatest hw to ever lace em up.
Ali wasn't knocked out by Holmes but yeah he lost to Spinks, Holmes, Fraiser, and Norton, doesn't make any point for you though.
He didn't knock out Mercer or McCall. Try again dude, and talking about him regards "balls" and "rematches" is hilarious, he ran away from giving a man the most deserved rematch I've ever seen. No balls at all.
