Holman Williams beat better guys than Burley in the same era, for me.

    HW - Harry Wills
    LHW - Jimmy Bivins
    MW - Holman Williams
    WW - Charley Burley
    LW - Packey McFarland
    FW - Jim Driscoll
    BW - Frankie Burns
FLY- Newsboy Brown has a title claim that was recognised so i'd leave him out. Haven't seen a better name than Dai Dower yet.

Tied series. I think Burley got the better of it, but I don't think you can paint a picture of any kind of dominance.

    Fly - Halimi Gutierrez
    Bantam - Jesus Pimental/Joe Medel
    Feather - Owen Moran
    Jr. Light - Tyrone Everett
    Light - Billy Petrolle/Freddie Dawson
Jr. Welter - Kenny Lane/Hector Thompson
    Welter -Holman Williams
    Jr. Middle - Tony Ayala
    Middle - Charley Burley
    Lt. Heavy - Jimmy Bivins
    Heavy - Zora Folley

I threw a few out there just to be different. Also, no champs from another division, so no Ezz Charles at 175 or Jeff Fenech at 130. BTW, there are no wrong answers on this one, so lets have some fun.

As I said this is very hard, as everybody has different rules to what is a 'title'. Langford was a three division world title holder according to Canadian authorities and won numerous versions of what was known as 'coloured' titles.

My list does its best to rate only fighters who had no recogintion of any world title.
