    Definitely not common, your boy is about right. My girl did lessons since 12 months and still isn't the greatest at 7. My dad can't swim full stop.

    There is a surfer/singer in the Jack Johnson crew who has videos (perhaps on YouTube) of his 18 month kid on his shoulders in Hawaii. Puts him inside the curling part of the wave and everything, it's quite impressive.
    His name is Donavon Frankenreiter. Spelling permitting.

    I'm an ex fan of Danny Green and we all have opinions about his ethics and all that in boxing.
    He is an accomplished waterman of the highest order and a gentleman to boot.
    There is such a thing as etiquette and respect in surfing and Danny Green delivers with spades. That hand signal is wanky but imagine you were a surfing fan and not a boxing fan.
    A so called "4 time world champion" paddles to get under an oncoming wave but sees you trying to catch it so he stops. He puts two arms in the air (risking oncoming trashing by oncoming wave) an cries YEEEEEEEWWWWWWW!! Just to cheer you on.
    If you drown he saves you too.

    I guess it's free so it's different.

    As for his future, Green said "America beckons".
    And as for an Anthony Mundine rematch, he's plainly no longer interested.
    "I've got some seriously bigger fish to fry after having just landed a world-record marlin."
    Trainer Angelo Hyder can expect to fight for multi-million purses in the US after the win.
    "It is the only way for Danny to go forward and truly cement his legacy ," Hyder said.
    "Mundine is running the other way. We're looking for much bigger fish, a possible match-up with Tomas Adamek, or a David Haye at heavy (weight), Bernard Hopkins at cruiserweight," he said.

    Despite Green's demolition of Jones, Hyder wasn't totally satisfied with the Perth fighter's performance.
    "While it is a big relief when you win a fight, but there's still room for improvement in Danny Green. My only disappointment is that Danny didn't do eight or 10 rounds against Jones to show people how much of what we worked on in preparing for the fight actually worked. What you saw was an executed drill, a planned move. I told anyone who would listen that Danny was going to pull one punch out of the bag, and it worked first time."

    Pretty sure delisle had fought clinton woods for the ibf world title. I may be wrong though as that is off the top of my head, its interesting to see all the people who despise the guy so much nitpicking every little thing that he says to try and find something inaccurate, what's the point in spending so much negative energy it must be so tiring.
