    Good fight, ideal for Thurman, Zavick is fighting a good fight he's limited in ways but is tough as hell and coming from round 6 onwards.

    Lederman observes both Thurman and Zaveck are wearing Rival brand gloves, which is new to him.

    Lampley asks Ward about his preference.

    Thurman out jabbing and trying to press. Zaveck trying to survive eats a nice right to his body. Zaveck presses lands a nice right and left to body. Thurman sticks Zaveck with a jab. Double jab up and down from Zaveck. Nice right hand from Zaveck. Nice right to body of Thurman. Thruman circling now but not working. Thrman misses a left. Double right hand from Zaveck. They trade left hooks. 4 punch flurry on Zaveck's gloves. Zaveck misses a right hand. They trade right hands and a body shot hurts Zaveck. Two right hands hurts Zaveck. Hard coutner left hook right hand hurts Zaveck. Another right lands. Stiff jab from zaveck on the way in. BIG WIDE Right lands from Thurman at the end of the round.

    10 - 9 Thurman
    100 - 90 Thurman

    RIP just killed the club

    Everlast feel great, and actually hit like a puncher's glove. I prefer them far an away, in general. Best overall brand. Winning feel great, but they are overpriced, and Reyes just aren't comfortable.

    Thurman is hitting the body while gliding around with long steps. Zaveck isn't throwing as much, caroming his arms around Thurman's back to try and hold him still in the pocket so he can get to work. Thurman is avoiding him and popping rights to the face. Zaveck is starting to show cracks in his armor, visibly affected by head shots for the first time. Thurman is rolling to either side dropping in single power shots.
