Is it to never win a title in any division? Because otherwise I'll take Charles as best LHW never to win the title.

Dai Dower wasn't that good. I'll take Tanabe over Dower in terms of underachieving flyweight Olympians. I'll take Jimmy Warnock here overall.

Rudkin for bantam' all the way. The rest; lovely stuff but for middleweight you misspelled Tony Sibson.

he's also the best fighter never to win a meaningful fight, the best fighter not to beat a top 10 opponent, etc.

I'd put Quarry above Langford. With Langford there is not much footage, what there is is not that good and he doesn't seem all that dazzling in the footage there is.

    Also put Quarry above Wills.

I put Yaqui Lopez above Chris Finnegan, simple because I saw Lopez fight several times and feel he was somehow cheated by fate.

Whom at middleweight is kinda gray. Nobody pops out to me. Maybe Briscoe or Roldan. Briscoe had Monzon at the time and Roldan had Hagler, so even with great improvement neither was going to win the title in their era.

Welterweight ????. Maybe Muniz out of So. Cal. He was just a tad behind Palomino a couple of times.

Lightweight. Maybe Ray Lampkin, also always wondered how Robin Blake might have turned out had he not been matched with Butterfly McCrawley on his way up. Blake ended up getting his shot at a title, but I always thought the McCrawley loss robbed him of his confidence.

Featherweight. Can't think of anyone. The 80s were a blast though with that group.

Not enough people saying 'Herol Graham' here. He was an unlucky sob.

No, Odlanier Solis has all of those locked down right now, but time hasn't run out for him yet.
