Who do you find overrated on the world level?

Matthysse is not even my favourite fighter you seem to love him though

Gabriel Rosado is overrated but I don't consider him to be a world level fighter. Roman Martinez comes to mind.

 

He's rated just right, who over rates him.

 

Marquez. Fights Pacman and then goes back to lesser level until he can fight Manny again. Now that he beat Manny after his 4th try, he will not fight him again saying there is no need.. Why fight him the 4th time then?
