I haven't seen anyone on here say Wlad or Vitali is a top 3 ATG. And Lennox avenging those fights doesn't change the result of the first fight. McCall let him unload with hands hands at his sides and Lennox couldn't do anything to him so that isn't 'brutally' avenging anything :rofl
At what point in the future will we have to stop saying so-and-so is a fabulous fighter and champion because he defeated everyone available, especially ring greats like that midget from Peru, the nun from Kenya, the flabby kid from that TV show, and the corpse they had strapped to a pole? The way things are going with boxing, I expect to hear that conversation very soon. ...
I think Vitali dug himself a hole he can never escape from. 1. If he runs into retirement, hes a hypocrite. 2. If he fights on while avoiding the biggest $ fight, hes a ducker. 3. If he faces Haye and loses, thats 3 losses against the 3 best on his resume
Well in his avengement was enough to make McCall cry in the ring. By you're logic, it doesn't change the fact that Wlad's glass chin got shattered 3 times, 2 by part time fighters.
Vitali is acting like an old woman. Why should we as boxing fans have to weight for the Kiev elections? He was supposed to fight the winner of Haye-Chisora period. For years the Klitschko brothers claimed no one wants to fight them and no one can challenge them and then a big mouth trash talking Brit with KO power comes along and Vitali is making excuses. Wlad played it ultra safe against Haye and Vitali wants nothing to do with him! How are we supposed to remember Vitali if he goes out without a Haye fight? Vitali is as far from old school as you can get. He's not a G.
Are you crazy? Nothing Lewis did would make McCall cry sir. McCall cried because Lewis and his camp pulled McCall out of drug and alcohol rehab in order to have their precious rematch. McCall's body was ravaged by drugs and he was in no shape to fight. The man had a breakdown in the ring just like anyone would. No one was scared of Lennox Lewis especially a guy who had already KO'd him.
I think its a hard decision i mean fighting has been his life its not easy to quit what you love especially when your still dominant nobody out there is an obvious threat, he has no mandatory he has time to think i just hope he doesnt sit too idle for too long
Didn't realize that fight was for a mandatory position :huh You got the big mouth part right.....where was the KO power when he fought the Klitschko with the "weak" chin?
