Bunce, Lillis & Barrie Jones keep bringing this ip on twitter. Saying stuff like "it must be a good offer from matchroom, his last fight was infront of 9000 people, turned down good money for broner unification, grass isnt always greener" etc etc

Do you guys beleive this fight was legit on the table? Or is it the usual Frank BS when a fighter leaves, same as with Brook & Bellew?

Surley if Frank had a signed contract with Vasquez, they couldn't talenthe Broner fight June 15th?

1st offer - was past borrowed time at the weight.

2nd offer - wanted a 12 week camp instead of 7 weeks that he was offered.

3rd offer - don't even know if this offer is legit but if it is, and amidst of the potential legal issues with Frank, how could he accept the offer.

Frank could create as many "unifications" as he wants, but if he can't get Burns the money he's worth it's pointless. He hasn't fought in six months - that's unacceptable for a guy in his prime.

Bunce, Lillis and Jones have ties to Boxnation and Frank, I will take what they say on the matter with a pinch of salt.

Neither. Just rumours, some possibly true, some probably waffle.

    Fact.
But given how's he's left now, maybe he was looking at the bigger picture, more money fighting on sky for the same fight.

Aye and a contract that ties him for the rest of his life and makes his kids work for W promotions as well, like bollocks. FW follows the FW promotional model and that does not involve multiple high-risk, high-reward fights.

Especially if his promoter has breached terms of a contract before, why would he believe that promoter in future?

  11. fact

    once is understandable
    twice not looking good
    third - quack ???

but in all fairness he had good excuses for not fighting him the three times - although scheafer has said they offered him a career high payday

In the same way Frank announced he'd agreed deals with Bradley and Maidana to fight Khan In the UK, after Khan beat Salita and walked to Golden Boy.

Frank's the best at imaginarily matching his former fighters against the worlds best.

  13. so scheafer confirming this is because he best pals with frank ???

lillis now saying its ree's in early may

Schaefer lies quite a bit too. Remember him claiming he had evidence Pacquiao was on the juice? He ran from that one pretty fast!

Frank thinks sending a fax with a low ball offer is the same as negotiating a deal. Why is Ricky only hearing about these deals now, after he's wanting to go?

It's like the abusive partner who keeps saying they'll change, but goes back to the abuse a couple of weeks later.
