Who ranks higher on the ATG list,Roy Jones or Manny Pacquiao

This truly is a joke in my view RJJ, Pacquiao was a juice head who fought drained opponents and Mayweather scraps.

 

roy had the talent but he didn't have the opponents.

 

Wins over Hopkins & Toney are equivalent or BETTER than any of Pac's greatest wins to date.

 

I guess I would use the Bonds vs Mcgwire argument that I feel PEDs made one guy a ATG while the other would have been great anyway, if Pacquiao couldn't have moved up while keeping his power we wouldn't view him the same at all.

 

Pac no brainer....

 

Hopkins was a nobody when Roy beat him... Roy ducked the rematch with Hopkins for years along with other top competition. Roy was a talented fighter but at the same time a fraud and that will hurt his legacy.

 

pac has more quality wins, didn't spend most of his career ducking and so far hasn't spent the better half of his career getting the living **** beaten out him.

Marquez & Morales are pretty close though.

But he's never beaten Marquez Decisively. And by the time he got around to finally defeating Morales, he was pretty much DONE.

I would say Roy's win over Mike McCallum is comparable to Pac's win over Morales if not better.
