I dont like to see people closing their accounts over forum bets, had he wanted an avatar bet then id have been more than happy. Not to mention that the bet is worthless because he would have just signed up a new account, atleast he is still here and we can all have a good laugh at him, cant do that when he goes MIA and signs up another account no one knows is his.

Funny to read some things said in the past. I always knew Geale would fight Mundine as he will for a 3rd time and it all comes down to Money, if it makes Money then it makes cents :good

MUNDINE: Yes I do. That was my belief at the time and still is. At the end of the fight I was very confident. I've watched the replay a few times and put it on mute so there were no other influences. It was a closer fight than what I originally thought, but I still got him by a couple of rounds.

Who would know at this stage? Grange would have to be discreetly asking around just in case.

 

Macklin or Baker would be 2 good fights. Bill the card as the Boxing Ashes or somthing.

 

Good concept. Freddie Flintoff and Quade Cooper could make fools of each other on the undercard. Cooper might need to train with the Sharks for a few weeks to beef up enough for Freddie though.

Real Deal Inspires Cats

CHAMPION boxer Daniel Geale should have plenty of options when he decides to hang up his gloves — hopefully many years from now and after winning many more titles.

His local Australian football club, the Camden Cats, have kept a door open for the Harrington Park boxer if he decides to continue a sporting career after boxing. During a recent Cats training session, Geale, who played Australian football as a teenager, visited the players to talk about what it takes to become a world champion.

Cats' head coach Kane Rowley presented Geale with a Camden Cats singlet and offered him a place in the team once his boxing career finishes.
