Neither but if I had too pick it be ward,he's fighting top challenges wheres as in the other guy has fought only Demarco & 126lb ponce. He's been feasting off 5'3 midgets & feather fisted fighters(Paulie now included)7 ko's 19% ko rating lol.Ward any day. This :deal.
Brone diggity. Broner is a showman. He is a KO artist who has flashy counters and a flashy style. Ward is an incredible technician with a very effective style and a high ring IQ. His style is not flashy, and he is not on the rise as Broner is. Broner has the excitement factor, but I wouldn't miss a fight of either fighter. Both great to watch.
Broner comes to entertain the fans.Ward comes to entertain himself.Broner much more fan friendly, although he is a certified punk.
Broner. i'd rather peel a layer off my eyeballs than watch someone look to clinch/headbutt his opponent to death.
Ward. He does it all. Great jab, doubles it, can throw combinations, also throws leaping single shots making him even more unpredictable, mean as hell, great infighting, great defense (punches, dips low to the right and smothers, will initiate a half-clinch, quickly let go and let off 1-2 shots to the unsuspecting opponent, then jumps out of range), stays in a zen-like focus throughout every second of the fight, never slacks and takes rounds off, wastes no movement, every step....every punch....has a specific reasoning. Its amazing to watch because when you watch his first 8-10 fights, he comes across as a super cocky kid who just won a gold medal, takes rounds off, lets himself get hit and starts smiling. Let me know a fight where Andre Ward smiles, clowns and gets on his bike now now.
Broner vs bum usually equals early knockout, so there'd be time to catch the end of the Ward fight But really... Ward... Broner vs Bum is like anyone fighting bum... Pot shots in the beginning until the over matched opponent starts fading... Than a few flurries late the fights over Ward puts on a very inspirational clinic, and he's pretty much one of a kind stylistically... If the opponent runs, he'll walk'm down... If the opponent tries to be aggressive, he'll outbox him
Ward much better tec an versatal but broner anoying as he maybe more exciting just like to see opposition step up
Hard choice because neither is entertaining. But I voted Ward because at least he has been reducing all the illigal stuff (like initiated clinches, head buts, and so on) as he has gotten more confident. The Kessler fight was just a pure street fight where few things Ward did were actually legal boxing. But since then he has slowly added more boxing and reduced the illigal moves each fight. So if Ward boxes legally then I vote Ward because then he can be a very technical boxer a few levels abover Broner.
wow, i really like to watch both in the ring.... Probably prioritize Broner cuz his fight most likely would end quicker and can get to the recorded Ward fight. I end up watching a Ward fight twice over in 1 sitting for heavy analysis. If recording wasnt an option, would have to pick Ward, just more of a Ward fan.
I prefer Broners style more. He fights on the inside brilliantly with real power. Ward of the Dawson fight looks like hes developing into a true technician
