    it's funny you say that. He actually hired a strength and conditioning coach before the Lujan fight with the main purpose to make his legs stronger and improve his balance.

    I hope I never see Mike Jones again on an HBO or Showtime telecast.

    He has no skills.

    He just prances around like a homo and stinks out the joint, while arm punching.

    He's a garbage version of Khan. Khan at least comes to fight. Mike Jones comes to run away.

    No amount of weight training can fix Jones' lack of fundmentals.

    I already told you this.

    And look what happened. The dude got destroyed by a guy that only landed two punches on him and could only fight for 15 seconds a round.

    He's just not a good boxer. He has long arms and he runs. Like I said, he's a garbage version of Khan with less power and speed.
