Bute went from overrated (also by me) to underrated.
I expect a clear UD win from him over Pascal.

He was overrated by almost everyone before Froch, and he was underrated too much after Froch. But on the basis of his last performance, which was very poor by his standards, I don't think he's underrated now. Pascal performed at a higher level in his last two fights and is rightfully considered favourite here. Not least, if anyone has an advantage because of the styles match-up, it's probably Pascal, not Bute.

Well, at least in the Hopkins fight he did better than Bute did in the Froch fight. No?

So you think you can compare these two performances?

You think Hopkins would have blasted Bute in 5?

Slightly leaning towards Pascal, wouldn't be surprised to see Bute win.

How does Bute carry the weight? does his power come up?

is Pascal too big too strong and too explosive?

does Pascal run out of gas?

    does Bute find that liver?

    so many what ifs here

I think Pascal will be dangerous early and grab a lead if Bute hasnt been stopped he comes on later and its up for grabs on the cards

Pascal looked awful against a journeyman in his last bout, and I'm talking about before his injury. He still has ring rust from his 18 months period of inactivity. He will be inaccurate, swinging largely, with a bad foot work.

Bute will be the hungrier man in that fight. If Bute is successful with his body shots, he will KO Pascal.

Pascal can win only if Bute's mind has not recovered.

Bute may have been dehydrated against Froch, like Dawson against Ward. Both actually looked the same and were Knocked out pretty easily. I think he will carry the weight very well.

Pascal, on the other hand, has problems making the weight. He is small for a LHW, so he won't be able, like Froch, to connect easily. Pascal will gas, we know that.

The only question for me: is Bute's soul repaired?

    So hard to pick!

We can't judge that fight by all the questions both left in there last fights.

Does Bute is mentally heal from the Froch KO ? he did well in the last rounds of th Grachev bout but it still was a close fight when it shouldn't have been!

Does Pascal is fully heal and will he be able to fight 12 rounds without hurting himself or gas ?

Pascal is also more explosive than Froch.

You can study it over and over and either winning would not be a huge shock. However, if someone put a gun to my I would have to pick Pascal. Bute simply has too many question marks next to his name, where as you know what you are going to get with Jean.
