Fool, I am the one who is already around. You is the one who is coming around, though not quite being entirely around at this current moment in time, as there is still a ways to go before you are here...which is around.
Without footwork, and fast hands you aren`t beating Arguello. JMM, is an excellent fighter, but Arguello wouldn`t have to look for him. If Pac was able to drop him, mulitple times, Arguello finishes him. At jr. lighweight and lightweight, Arguello was fierce. He`d set up JMM, (who`d have some moments) and slowly bust him up. And late in the bout finish him. Arguello was a devastating ,precision puncher. And he had a solid body attack as well. JMM is a great fight and awesome combination puncher. But, other than a 140lb. Pryor. If you were in front of Arguello, and he could consistently get his murderous hands on you. You were in big trouble ...JMM with all his attributes, tends to be slow of foot, and right in front of you. In a firefight with Arguello, he comes up short ...And I don`t feel their punching power is even compareable. Arguello could get you with one shot, left hook or that patented sharp right cross of his. You have to remember.that JMM hit the deck more than a few times. Arguello is one of THE top finishers in the business...
neither man got blasted by Arguello. Neither 1 got a rematch against him either, and we both agreed that Ramirez beat Arguello. Both were stopped by Olivares though, and in Chacon's case d word "blasted" may b appropri8 this time.
I (only) disagreed about : 1) Chacon "got blasted" by Arguello 2) Y mention that Ramirez "took his lumps" against Arguello if Arguello "took his lumps" more so against Ramirez ?
Pretty obvious. I'm saying that in order to outmanouver and 'outpoint' Alexis you've still got to be prepared to take shots. Marquez is hittable anyway.
