How mad will you be when Floyd doesnt fight the winner of Trout vs Canelo?

Void has already refused to fight Alvarez, Trout, Martinez, you name it, instead he will be fighting a featherweight.................

 

Though I don't see Canelo beating Trout, so the whole thing is moot.

 

Well yeah, it's a fight against someone who would at that point have some fair credibility, is a GBP guy so contractual issues are minimal, has physical advantages to where most fans would consider him a viable threat, and Floyd would probably make $60 million dollars off of it because it would be ****in enormous and come with all the bells and.whistles on the card. He'd win because he's that much more skilled, and probably make it look relatively easy at times.

It's as big of a fight that's realistically possible.

 

Maybe your idea of a 9 is different from mine. :yep He's my favorite active fighter... just seems like a hell of an opportunity to **** away if it presents itself.

It could be, if he put on a great performance, the mexican fans will support him vs Floyd, add in the risk factor, yeah it could be a huge event. Even if it was a big money fight, Floyds not fighting eigher one of these guys next.

No way he fighting canelo if he wins. No chance. I'll quit this board the day floyd fights a fight where he has a chance of losing. Cos it aint happening.

Any fight is possible. The fight is probable. Floyd fighting the winner is the next biggest fight to make in boxing.

 

Nah, he's still going to make his bank. Nothing else could approach the Mega Event status it would garner though, and whether Canelo deserves the attention and following or not, it is what it is. I'd be far from literally livid if thats how the scale is set. I'd probably watch him school Paul Nave if it came down to it, because the little 70 bucks or whatever is nothing. He won't be fighting Peter McNeeley level welters though anyway.

 

Canelo dont deserve a shot at floyd his last five oppenents were lopez, mosley,cintron,Gomez and rhodes come on that is terrible apart from Mosley that is cannon fodder for the man. Floyd gets to pick who he wants and if he decides on not fighting Alvarez it dont bother me one bit
