Pac didnt wanna take the drug tests.

Pacs performance begin to decline once the public began to question him on the drug tests.

Pac loses vs Marquez in their 3rd fight, loses vs Bradley and then gets knocked out cold by his daddy JMM.

Bob Arum said they needed more time because he wanted to build an outdoor stadium in Vegas.

Mayweather calls Pac out, but Arum says his cut wont heal on time, even tho they tried to take Floyds date cuz he was going to jail.

Conclusion: Pac allowed his promoter to blatantly duck the Mayweather fight and in the process, get him robbed and knocked out and duped into another 3yr contract. Damn what a ****in idiot

it now appears that floyd was going to throw one roadblock after another until the fight can't be made.

Arum threw out four or five roadblocks, Floyd stepped over them and agreed to the fight.

    -10 million dollars per pound
    -ring size
    -gloves
    -50/50

Floyd asks for one thing and Pac decides to take some moral high ground.

Then Pac steps off his self-created high ground and agrees to everything, after Floyd has already has established himself as the much bigger PPV attraction. Of course, they throw out a couple more roadblocks to make sure "the fight can't be made" in the process:

-Takes over 6 months for a cut to heal
-Need to build an outdoor stadium
-Chooses a fight date knowing that Floyd will be in jail
-"I don't know who to call"
-"We are no longer pursuing a Mayweather fight"
-Rejects 40 million dollar offer and earns less than half that in subsequent fights

Neither of these guys were all that anxious to make the fight. One acted like a little scared ***** and hid behind the media, though.
