How mad will you be when Floyd doesnt fight the winner of Trout vs Canelo?

I'd consider it a 60/40 fight in Martinez favor seeing that he's a middleweight i always felt a trip to 160 would be a last fight type thing regardless if Martinez was still champ or not, I don't understand why people would expect him to go from 47 to 54 for Alvarez-trout to 160 for Martinez then back to 47 for a broner or Bradley that isn't logically feasible. Being honest i feel with these last 6 fights he's going to try and go on a run like he tried to do when he "retired" the first time if i could chose though it would go Guerrero, Alvarez, 140 tourney winner probably Garcia or Mathysse, Bradley, 54 champ(probally Alvarez II) ,60 champ(probally GGG) taking out the lineal guys from 140-160 and seeing as most people already have canelo and garcia all but penciled in 140-154 champs seems more likely to happen

 

the weight difference in the Trout fight would be pretty ridiculous Floyd is the only person in the sport that ducks people 15 plus pounds bigger than him

 

Pissed. Especially if Canelo wins. Trout diesnt bring the leverage but Canelo does.


Canelo would be easy work for Floyd even if he somehow beats Trout which i doubt.


I fully expect Floyd to fight Canelo. Trout im a little less certain

 

If he doesn't wanna fight at 154 anymore I won't be mad. Just.....disappointed :verysad

Not mad, its expected Floyd will never face someone that the fans want him to face. He will face an opponent he selects and convince his own fans that this is the fight they want to see, and sadly they will accept that and hype the fight as they are with this ****ed up match on May 4th Thank god we get the opportunity to not pay for this bull****

 

Mosley? Hatton? Oscar? Didnt the fans want to see all of those fights? If he fights people the fans dont want to see why do people continue to buy PPV?

 

Umm we also wanted to see Margarito, Cotto when Cotto still had something left, Pacquiao, Williams those type of fights. Nobody called for Ortiz, Or Guerrero

 

Ortiz and Cotto only happened cuz there were no other fights to be made. Same with the Guerrero fight. Now that we want Floyd Canelo, we'll see how Mayweather responds to the public demand.

Given 154lbs is not Mayweather's best weight, given he is fighting above his weight, you can't really hold it against him. The argument that he has held belts at 154lbs aren't too relevant either, on both occasions he has returned to WW. He is a small JMW afterall.

absolutely nothing wrong with floyd staying at welterweight which is his true weight class.
