Vargas knocks aside jabs while circling left, then triples his own left jab to thread the needle and score while moving past Omotoso. NICE left hook by Omotoso, surprising Vargas and turning his head. Vargas feints a jab and jumps back. Right hand by Omotoso reaching in. Several jabs by Vargas, slipped.

    10-9 Omotoso, really close - Vargas did the best work early but then coasted and got caught a bit late.

    Wale starts off pressing behind a stiff jab and Vargas is backing up.

    HBO feed just cut off.

    Wale still pressing behind his jab. lead right from Vargas catches Wale again. Harrd right again from Vargas. Hard right from Wale lands. There was a hard left hook to body of Wale as well. Left hook from Wale but Varas's jab sticks him. Vargas blocks a jab and right from Wale. They trade ajbs. They trade jabs again. Left hook from Wale and Vargas sticks a jab and tties up. Hard left hook right hand sends Vargas back to the ropes hurt.

    Omotoso is stepping in jabbing low. Right hand over the top by Vargas. Omotoso takes it on the chin and leaps backward doing an Ali shuffle. Omotoso chops with his right hand as they rush together. Lunging right by Omotoso as Vargas circles toward the ropes. Vargas flicks a jab out past Omotoso's. Lots of movement by Vargas. Straight right by Vargas setting his feet while Omotoso is still turning. Vargas dances away from an Omotoso 1-2 that brushes the Everlast logo below his knuckle pad. Squatting jabs to the body by Vargas. Left hook by Vargas opening up and Omotoso drops in a powerful two-piece on him.
