hes probably counting the knockdown he should have scored, plus if you have rounds 1 ans 2 10-8's then: 113-112 Provodnikov without the 10-8 round : 113-113 even without the knockdown : 114-112 Bradley Personally I believe the ref was biased towards Bradley, checking up on Provodnikov between rounds early on and there could have been another knockdown called when bradley fell into the ropes multiple times. Bradley showed a good fight though, FOTY so far in my books
Bradley won't accept a rematch--Provodnikov is a beast and carried power all 12 rounds. Bradley just cannot hit hard enough and his chin is too good. He could be seriously hurt if he fights Provodnikov again. Style is all wrong. Also, Bradley is ******ed for taking a knee at the end instead of grabbing on for dear life. It's not like he had been warned for holding or anything. That could have cost him the fight, and should have resulted in a draw. The knockdown was a borderline judgement call. From the side the ref was on it had to look like Bradley was shook up and that Provodnikov pushed him down.
Call him ******ed ,but he is a warrior , he could have ran from provodnikov all 12th rd , but he wanted to trade and got kd.
Indeed. Provodnikov fought like a man possessed tonight but I still thought Bradley did enough in the middle rounds to win the fight.
Absolutely. He wanted the KO and by taking the risk he narrowly escaped that fate himself. What a war. I'd be happy to see the rematch, but I'm not sure it would look like that. If Tim decides to play it safe and just box, it's an easy UD.
In germany, you have problems with judges (they see weird **** when it comes to scores). In us and england, you have refs who show clear bias. There needs to be a way to keep the bribes to officials out of boxing, Provodnikov won that fight.
Rematches are never as good as the first fight... Gatti - Ward, Corrales - Castillo, Holyfield - Bowe, Barrera - Morales And in my opinion, the first fight wasn't even all that great
114-112 Bradley but his stock goes down a little. Should have been 10-8 in the first round which would have had Bradley by only a point to me. I no longer think he has nearly as good of a chance against Marquez or Pacquiao. Props to Provodnikov. Would love to see him against anybody.
Well he had been off 10 months & was pretty heavy for Tim, plus I agree he wanted to prove a point to all the haters & f*ggot *ss Freddy.... JMM & Pac....in the words of Scorpion "GET OVER HERE!!!"
