Thurman can box, at least a little. Hopefully he learned a little something by watching this fight(don't fight stupid!).

Can Thurman box well enough to only lose to Timothy Bradley by one point? I'm not so sure.

Another unproven guy that's suppose to destroy ruslan (bradley,broner)add him to the list smh.When will they learn ruslan isn't cake walk for anyone,he's going to upset someone really soon.

 

Thurman would destroy him. He has good boxing skill to stay out of trouble and power to keep Provodnikov from going all out on him. Basically neither guy would walk through the other guy's shots and Thurman would prevail due to being a better all around fighter.

 

One Time destroys him and makes him even uglier.

 

Thurman has the advantage of height and reach that Bradley lacked, and would make a conscious decision to box him early. He also has power to serve him on the inside, so he wouldn't be out of his depth when trading blows. I'd say Thurman mid-round KO, but Ruslan as a chance. Zavech had a lot of success timing a right over Thurman's left hand, Ruslan timed his right over Bradley's low jab time and time again. Provodnikov's consistency and size would likely get him more success closing the distance than Zavech had.

 

Yeah, I'd pick Thurman.

He hits FAARRR harder than Bradley and would bust up Provo's face badly.
