I absolutely loved the commentary. RJJ needs to talk in the more 'appropriate' way however. Lampley-Kellerman-Lederman are great. I would like to hear more of Malignaggi.
Rj did fine. He saw the samething I saw earlier when Ruslan had punched himself out. And with Timmeh winning the middle rounds comfortably outboxing Prov, it seemed Timmeh was on his way to a clear decision all he had to do was stay on his feet or box Prov some more. So in truth it was hard to gauge Timmy RJ was actually right in saying Prov couldn't hurt him anymore what Rj forgot to mention was if Bradley continued to box which he didn't and decided to go Erik Morales in the 12th. Rj gave both guys props what you talkin bout, Willis?
Roy gave props to both fighters and was fair. Bradley could have easily box this guy to a wide UD if he wanted too.
I felt as though the HBO crew were doing their best to make up for the treatment of Bradley during his fight with Pacquaio and after. People need to remember that it wasn't only fans but the media that played a huge role in wrongfully criminalising Bradley.
aside from Sergio Martinez who Roys pumps up, Roy is usualy pro black its thinly veiled at times, but its there if you really listen
roy isnt usually bias. hes usually fair but i wanna gonna make a thread on this as well he was being bias last night n he wasnt good . hbo as a whole is just horrible tho showtime is so legit
HBO bias is prevelent in most matches however Roy has been singled out on this occasion which is fine but what about ALL the other times when there has been bias against Bradley, JMM & other...I don't see people crying a river...about that...
I think he was just trying to make up for the poor HBO commentary in the Pacquiao fight There's a video somewhere where he's talking about how commentators always detract from the lesser fighters and make them look bad so that casuals don't want to see them again This is clearly him making up for it
