Well hello there! Tyson Fury here reporting from training camp.

Your spelling is much too good to be Tyson fury. Epic fail.

 

The only reason I want to watch this fight is to watch Steve Cunningham embarrass this talentless big mouth and send him back to England.

 

Could you punch nazeem richardson after the fight too ? I find him to be an annoying little turd.

 

We dont follow a strict protocol of x ammount of rounds, but I spar as much as possible with bigger heavyweights than Cunnigham, for my last fight I was sparring with people like Remmy Bonjaski and big k1 guys. I have however sparred some smaller guys to copy Steves speed.

We jog every day although sometimes not on a Sunday we add pushups circuits and everything on those runs normally they last for around 1 hour!

Bike riding not much although I have done some, running is more important, I need to use my legs for 12 rounds and running is more specific than cycling!
