    Well hello guys, what can I say, I'm currently in training camp for my upcoming bout with Steve Cunnigham. I'm gonna do a real demolition job on this guy and anyone who gets in my way for that matter.

    Secondly I'd like to say Happy St Patricks day to everyone.

    Thirdly any questions or anything you'd like to know about myself and my training feel free to ask.

    Oh and I hear Audley Harrison uses this website, well if you read this Harrison I'd like to state that you are a bum!

    Ever heard of spell check mate. My spellings fine the problem on twitter is I only have so many letters aloud so I have to keep it brief.
