Yeah, anybody that thinks Floyd has his "hands full" with Bradley is pretty delusional.

It wouldn't take long at all for Floyd to begin bouncing right hand leads off Timmy's face, Floyd's hook would do a world of damage to him because Timmy would never see it coming.

Bradley has too much heart and determination to be a walk over for anybody.

 

I think Mayweather would have won comfortable decision. But he's not anything like Provodnikov. Only way I see him stopping Bradley is if he makes a conscious decision to, and that hasn't happened in years, aside from an unsuspecting Ortiz.

 

Tim got away with a lot of mistakes against a big puncher last night. I don't think it would be an easy fight for Floyd because Bradley will always find a way to make you fight a tough gritty type of fight no matter what. But, I have no doubt that Floyd would beat him. He'd have to fight the same way that he fought last night because he wouldn't be able to outbox Floyd on the outside. I was on the edge of my seat whenever Bradley threw a few body punches on Ruslan. He was wide open to get caught upstairs with left hooks and uppercuts. Floyd would have made him paid in those exchanges.

 

Bradley has the heart of a lion, and he does have skills, but Mayweather is simply better than him in every single facet of the game.

Bradley can fight on the inside, but he's very sloppy. Floyd is a better all-around fighter than him even at this stage. Bradley is too short, he'd have to fight on the inside no matter what.

 

So the qualifier for being a ******* now is if you think Mayweather would beat Bradley?

This is not necessarily true.

While Bradley tends to get sloppy, or at least he did in this fight, when he was on his gameplan he can be elusive.

Every once in a while he looks like Henry Armstrong in there, who had great defense on the inside and knew what punches to throw.

I think Ruslan's height actually played to Bradley's disadvantage, while Floyd's will play more to his advantage.

His bobbing and weaving style will be more effective against a taller guy with less power, like Mayweather.

He'll give Mayweather the toughest fight of his career, especially considering Mayweather's age.

 

Floyd would be too much for Bradley. He has underrated power and could definitely knock Bradley out, but as we saw last night, that **** is no easy task (KOing Tim).

 

Mayweather would probably win but I don't think it would be a beatdown. Provodnikov is about as different from Mayweather as can be. Bradley threw a 1000 punches last night which would make the fight difficult for "money" who isn't likely to ko Bradley with a punch. He'd probably take the win on accuracy, but I don't think he'd sweep it.

 

For anyone not named Floyd

 

I like Bradley as a fan, but Mayweather is a lot better of a boxer. I don't see anyone stopping Bradley. I can see Bradley getting off to a great start and taking some early rounds, but that's not too unusual with Mayweather. I see Mayweather finding his grove and taking rounds 5-12. Depending on how many of the first 4 rounds Bradley can get. It would be anywhere from a shutout to an 116-112 win for Mayweather.
