Alexander v Brook - Predictions!

    Were looking at May 18th for this fight but we are waiting for the official confirmation from Goldenboy.

    My mate reckons Alexander has overlooked Brook and that Brook will beat him whereas I think Brook is slightly overrated and hasn't fought at a high enough level to beat Alexander. I actually think Brook will get a shock when he steps up to this next level of opponent.

    What are your thoughts?

    I think either Alexander outboxes Brook for the 12 and wins a decision or Brook takes him by surprise and stops him.

    Not confident enough either way to vote on the poll :huh

    Brook on points, I think by 3 rounds or so. He'll probably get robbed. If he does, Hearn should seriously question rushing his fighters over to America.

    Alexander UD. cant see how Brook is going to KO Devon when the likes of Matthysse, Maidana and Bardley couldn't. and imo Brook got exposed big time by Carson Jones.

    Alexander might have some great physical gifts but he isnt the smartest or the most refined. Brook has looked good vs southpaws & I think his sneaky right hand will be the key punch.

    Brook isn't smart or refined either, and hasn't faced anyone as good as the guys Alexander has beaten.

    He's a better counter-puncher than Devon & has a more cerebral style imo.

    One could argue that Brook is the best welterweight that Devon has faced.

    Would love brook to win this, but honestly I think Alexander will win a close but clear UD. The gap in experience between the two is massive

    Brook to win by UD or a KO , Alexander may have the speed advantage but brook has the timing which can beat speed.

    Brook has faced adversity and got through with heart where as Alexander cried like ***** " My ear! My ear!" when faced with adversity.

    Alexander has had 2 get out of jail cards twice now, lets hope it dont happen this time but i wouldnt be surprised

    Can't split them

    I think Alexander SD :think but I know Kell can stop him, just depends if Devon turns up and the injury hasn't effected him!
    If I had £1, I'd put .5 on Devon points and Kell by KO
