look, when I say no fighter in the world trains harder, it's tongue in cheek, there are some serious gym rats out there, but none of them train any harder than Ricky Burns, Burns lives in the gym.

Good padwork there, a lot of trainers these days do the fighters padwork for them so they never get the full extension.
