Repulsive. Getting bit by one and watching the flesh around the area just rot off with each passing day is some kind of sick horror story.

I've never ran across one in my time, fortunately, but I've been filled with utter dread since the first day I became aware of their horrible existence. The brown recluse and the tapeworm are the only living things in this world that I just despise to the very core.

All this talk is going to creep orriray right the **** out. He'll be begging for a tarantula to crawl across his face just to help him forget the all-too-real nightmare that is the brown recluse.

    I don't think so.

That's too much damage from a spider bite. Just... No.

Scorpions are intense as well. They're like less scary but more badass versions of spiders.

How about snakes ? Those are scary mother****ers...
I fish since I was a little kid and have seen plenty of those in the woods, we call it Jararaca.

Don't know why, but I've never been particularly afraid of snakes. I guess if I ran into monsters like that in the woods I would be. The only snakes I've seen while just walking about are the almost entirely harmless Garter snakes. Fairly common across North America. I did hold an albino Burmese python once though...

It's little things that freak me out, man. Crawling around with their eight eyes and jumping at you and all of that. I'm only scared by creepy stuff.

Is Jararaca that specific type of snake or is it a term just used for snakes in general, Vic? Jacare means alligator, right? Like the fighter?

In Thailand it's all about the Ahear which is a monitor lizard. Stroll past you in the park, anything from a baby to a five foot beast.

So hated that 'Ahear' is also the Thai equivalent of '****' and guaranteed to get you battered if you call a Thai by it, even in jest.

Yeah, JAraraca is a type of snake, very poisonous. Yes, Jacaré means alligator.

 That's probably what your average British guy would say if he ever saw one walking about on the street. "Bloody hell, look at that monstrous ****!"

KidJackal's St. Patrick's day shout in the middle of it all is the best part.

Ah, that's even better. I like the 'mad' bit most. Although, without the 'bloody hell,' it's considerably less stereotypical. Let me down a bit there, Flea.
