I've pointed out many times, his body is not that much different than it has been in the past. His cuts are all the same around the midsection and chest etc. The only differences are in his shoulders and to a lesser extent, biceps. Again, doing weight training to specifically build your shoulders, over a 4 month period, is going to have an effect. This is training he hasn't done before Heredia was introduced.

You're telling me an elite athlete can't build that kind of shoulder muscle with 4 months intensive training? Please.

And don't give me the 'But he's 39!!' line. For the umpteenth time, he was in incredible shape at 37 years old before Heredia came along. Age is not relevant for certain fighters who are lucky with their genetics.


Also, if you're on PEDs, you would not require a 4 month camp to build that kind of muscle, given the recovery benefits they provide. The normal 8-10 week camp would suffice.



Again, his performance against Katsidis was a clinic apart from the knockdown he took. If you thought he looked like **** in that fight, you need to watch a different sport.


Yes, he had a concussion against Pacquiao. Bradley just went 10 rounds with a concussion. Juan is well known for being one of the most resilient fighters in modern boxing and one of the quickest to recover after knockdowns etc. This includes his later fights at 36, 37 years old.

So, you saying him being resilient and recovering well against Pacquiao proves he's on PEDs is one of the stupidest arguments I've ever heard, and leads me to further believe you know little about the sport, quite frankly.


Literally the only 'evidence' anyone has, is Heredia's past, which is indeed regretful. People like to mention his 'undetectable' PEDs. Sure, they may have been undetectable 8 years ago when he testified, but testing was far behind then what it is now. Given that he's working with several boxers now, and more acquiring his services all the time, I'm happy to give him the benefit of the doubt for the time being, until proven guilty.
