I dont think he will rule 147 but the sparring thing is true no way Hunter allows him to do that lazy **** in the gym

:DWell he could make sure that Berto never does something stupid like the shoulder roll he tried against Robert. He got clocked with hard shots, got his eye busted and touched the canvas twice in just the first two rounds. He could have donr much better had he not ****ed up so fast.

This would be a good move. Virgil is great at adding discipline and technique to athleticism. Berto is obviously very athletic.

If he listens to Virgil and buys into the much more structured program, this would be a good move.

Maybe a little too late, but if not, hopefully he teaches him how to fight on the inside, and strengthens his weak legs.

Berto can contribute a lot to Virgil's gym. He could, for example, teach Ward the proper way to shoulder roll.

that's a great hookup for Berto. Virgil can fix almost everything that's wrong with him.
His jab will be a lot better and educated
He'll help him not wast energy in the ring
    Fix his footwork dramatically
    Tighten his defense
Give him a better inside game

then he can look at him and help correct the way he conditions and the things wrong with his posture and physique. I remember when Khan first got there, he was able to see all the things wrong with him right away

and those are the main things there. It's just up to him on whether to soak it all in

I know lol but he could beat Ortiz and Guerrero in rematches

If Berto works well with with Hunter he could fix up alot only thing hes not a young guy it could be too late, i think Berto will have the hunger to learn to keep avoiding losses and missing out on Floyd fights

He should have found a new trainer years ago. That Nice Guy Eddie lookalike is a ****ing joke of a trainer.
