This time last year I would have said Haye by KO as he is too fast and athletic for Fury, but Fury has improved tremendously from the Chisora fight to the Johnson fight. IMO Fury is the second best Heavyweight on the planet, and with a bit more experience he could be THEE best. But back to the question, David Haye Vs Tyson Fury, who wins??

Haye by destruction. In comparison to Haye Fury is slow as a statue, very stiff, not enough defensive footwork to escape Haye's attacks and not enough quality to set up own attacks against a defensively more versatile fighter like Haye.
You make some good points but I would argue that Kevin Johnson is as good as, if not BETTER than David Haye defensively. Fury did as good as Vitali did Vs Johnson. That's isn't a fluke.
Haye would be all over Fury, Furys answer would be to stumble off balance throwing wild punches! Haye before 10.
yeah, I agree on the defense part, but Johnson presents no real offensive threat. It is easier to get offensive against fighters like him, because the risk of something coming back is not so high. It just so gets much easier to establish the own offence.
Fury is not anywhere near the second best hw in the world...he looked ok against a fat unmotivated Del boy in a fight that could easily have been scored the other way or a draw And he looked ok against a guy who couldn't win prizefighter He has improved in his conditioning and somewhat technical ability But Haye would wreck him badly
I'd like to think Haye would be too fast and slick for Fury but I'm more convinced Haye struggles with size. Couldn't lay damage on Wlad and Valuev is near a statue as you can get but just about managed a MD. Haye's giving up 8 inches in reach and 6 in height to Tyson, that's a hell of a lot of effort.
