    Everyone he has ever faced.

No man has ever even come CLOSE to beating May. His heart/grit/determination is above most in the sport.

    Hearns would beat Floyd

    Ray would 5-5 with Floyd

Floyd would beat Duran 9/10 times

Floyd would beat Benitez 9/10 times

    Styles make fights.

The only one I agree with is the Benitez pick.

So you don't agree that Hearns would beat Floyd? Many experts/historians have Floyd as a favorite vs Duran.

You guys can keep nuthugging him but I'm going with the experts here.

Floyd's defensive abilities are exceptional. Duran wouldn't beat him.

The only way Floyd ever loses is against a puncher with long reach. Aka Thomas Hearns.

I think I'll stick to the opinions of experts/historians.

    Many of them agree

    5-5 Leonard/Floyd

    Hearns beats Floyd

    Floyd beats Benitez/Duran

    Marvin/Floyd N/A

Floyd was only able to beat Oscar and Mosley when they started to gas. When they weren't gassed, they were beating Floyd or having their way. Even Judah, a B level champ, was having his way with Floyd. A past his prime, coked up Whitaker pretty much DREW with a prime Oscar. It would be close, but Pea was a natural where Floyd is more textbook. Pea was also much more aggressive when he had to be sometimes making him more reckless, but Floyd couldn't handle Castillo where Pea beat Chavez. Floyd barely handles speedy fighters past their prime where a past his prime cokehead Whitaker almost beat a prime Oscar. Pea would just **** over Floyds resume and look better doing it.

Floyd is overall more talented than Pea, but Pea's defensive capabilities from the southpaw stance is a potential game changer.

At 135, Floyd has a shot as he's much more active with his hands and much more consistent with his body attack. At the higher weights, Floyd is just way too selective with his punches to consistently find Pernell.

Look how long it took him to find Hatton's body. Floyd from 130-135 would have found it within three rounds and gotten him out in 7 or 8.

Floyd relies more on fast twitch fibers and he seems tense when he throws his shots, which is the reason he potshots as opposed to throwing combos. Pea is much more free with his hands and fluid with his delivery.

More often than not, he outworks Floyd.

I've seen all their pro fights and a few of their amatuer fights. I woulda paid 100$ pay per view to see this chess match. If they ever fought I would take Whitaker to control the fight w his jab.
