Why did gallahad not fight dickens if he never touched him in sparring

    It appears so pal ,
    Maybe they should get jazza for some sparring in the future then we will see if billy's opinion changes won't we ?

    Gallahad recently spared with mendes who won the sfw title by 4th round stoppage and said how good it was and how much he had learned

    Jazza on the other hand knocked lumps out of him on several occasions as he just couldn't deal with the work rate & punch variations that jazza has

    So when you talk about different levels in boxing I would agree

    And it's jazza who is at another level not gallahad.:think

    Sometimes, when people experience something bad they can suppress that memory until it seems like it never happened.

    Jazza is young & will get over it, he's not the only one to have problems landing leather on the Kid ;)

    Hi bent-nose went away for 5 days after the bill on Saturday :rofl

    It wasn't a great performance by jazza by his own admission
    As he never really settled into his work after the good start he made in the first round
    That said a wins a win
    Learn from it
    Don't make the same mistake again
    Move on to bigger things
    I'm sure lots of people think the kid would of beat jazza last weekend
    Myself included
    But jazza wouldn't of boxed gallahad the way he boxed last week
    And that's what would change the outcome of the fight if it were to happen

    Barry had a very limited amateur career but is progressing at an amazing rate.

    After 10 fights he comfortably beat Booth although showed his inexperience to get caught a couple of times - but when else has anyone seen him get hit?

    He spars regularly with a stablemate who fights for a world title next month at 5 weight divisions above and he can't do anything with him.

    They sparred 3 years ago - it was filmed and I've seen the tape.
