I agree with you. He has made being heavyweight champion no big deal. The belts are worthless and just as guilty for letting him take these easy fights. He is fighting total bums. This guy he is fighting should be fighting in bars and clubs. Even 24 year old Tyson Fury is fighting harder fights. At 37 there is no excuse for Wlad to be taking fights like this. When Wlad became Champion all heavyweight title fights were on showtime or HBO. Now its on Epix. They even stopped showing his fights on espn360.com. Sad and not good for our sport.

Waldo in Germany alone gets 6 times more viewers than Mayweather does in American. Only about 0.5% of Americans actually watch Mayweather fights. Just saying like.

Lewis wasn't American. But he was on HBO. Excitement is more important than nationality. MAB, Morales, JMM, Pac, Cotto, to a degree Gatti.....our biggest stars are typically the most exciting. Many are from other countries. Try again.
