It was very funny and the person who made it likes Calzaghe alot. I should make one of these for my favourite fighter.

But Calzaghe's best wins are against a shot roy jones jr, and a very close fight with an aging Bernard Hopkins. This isn't the resume of an all time great.

Lots of top wins Eubank, undefeated Kessler, undefeated Lacy, Reid, Woodhall, Veit, Brewer, Mitchell all have been SMW champs.

Consider that Ward who is considered the current top SMW, whos best win is unwell, rusty Kessler who Calzaghe beat when undefeated and prime

Calzaghe is guy with arguably the highest ring IQ in boxing while he was active. The way he made better adjustments against another ring genius in Hopkins in the second half of their fight was amazing. He's a legit ATG who doesn't get the credit he deserves. He would be great in any era, 46-0 there is no blueprint.:deal

Seriously, though. I appreciate the fact that he admitted he wasn't looking for big fights and honestly stated RJJ wasn't much good by the time he fought him. We hear so much bs in sports, honesty is refreshing. It kills any chance of most fans ever rating his fluffed up record, but I do respect honest.

 

As boxing fan you should care. Calzaghe was one of the best boxers of this era. He should be missed.
