Trout fans are you afraid of a robbery since the Canelo fight is in Texas?

Whitaker vs Chavez Sr., also know as "Boxing 101", wasn't close either remember? Fact is ******, whether Trout completely outclasses him or not a robbery is always possible in this sport as proven countless times already.

If Whitaker had Al Haymon as his manager, he would have gotten that well deserved decision, even if they were fighting in ****ing Estadio Azteca.

    Trout will be fine.

Canelo's main problem is weight control. His regular weight is 161, thats what he weighed in on the night of the Mosley fight. He's a middleweight draining himself to make the Jr middleweight limit.

This will contribute to his lack of stamina, and I see Trout dominating in the later rounds.

    Yea he would.

****ing Trout got a decision against Cotto in MSG.

You do realize its close to ****ing impossible to get a decision in NYC/PR against a Rican don't you? Especially a PR star.

I don't like Texas as a geographic location or as a political entity at all. After they robbed Whitaker, and finally after letting that farce of a "title" fight happen between Pac and Margarito, I don't think anyone should EVER fight in Texas. That being said, Trout signed the contract. No one to blame if he gets screwed. If it were Vegas or Cali I would be pissed if a robbery were to happen, but in Texas it shouldn't be a surprise.

You really think that Mayweather is going to choose not to cash out if he struggles with Guerrero and it looks like the end is near?

Nope, Trout is going to school Alvarez, and Oscar will feel the pain

This is a similar yet different case, it's in Texas for crying out loud and surely you would know how Mexican fighters are easily favored there.

I hear you, but NYC is even worse with how they favor Ricans, and Trout did fine. Not too mention that a Canelo-Cotto fight was all planed out perfectly for Cinco de Mayo. Let's not forget that Trout also got a decision against Canelo's older bro IN Mexico.

Im tellin' ya, man. Haymon knows how to run ****.

gaining seven pounds from the weigh-in to fight time is nothing.

Trout just need to Pacquiaoed (in Barrera 1 at Alamodome) Saul so that there will be no controversy...

    GBP/Oscar was so shocked/frustrated that time ...

True but not as bad as Texas. New York has a pretty good commission, who hire somewhat competent judges. Not so true of Texas. You go to Texas at your own peril. But again no excuses Trout signed the contract. Maybe he'll learn from this.

    This is correct.

But when it's against a rican fighter, none of that **** matters.

Ask Juan Carlos Burgos about that.

Trout already fought 8 times in Texas (tho not in San Antonio) and Saul has none. Trout is from New Mexico... He's more Texan than Saul ... :D
