I am not a fan of Mayweather. He is a racist and hits women. He also lost to Castillo and a couple other boxers where he got gift decisions and is not the undefeated boxer he is made out to be. He also ducks the best opponents out there and even 50 Cent said he was afraid to fight Pacquiao. Look at Mayweather's resume and you will see he rarely fights and his only 2 good wins are Marquez and Cotto. He fought Pacquiao's leftovers.

Don't believe that was the KO, just the knock down. Oh yeah, here's a quote from Roach. :yep

    Roach on Foot Stomp

--In the parlance of the Pacquiao fans, it was the old "foot stomp," Roach said. "When you have a lefty [Pacquiao] fighting a right-hander [Marquez], you have guys stepping on each other's lead foot more than righty-righty or lefty-lefty. We were concerned enough about that happening — because it had happened a lot in their other fights, and even could be used as a strategy by Marquez — to ask the referee to come to our dressing room before the fight so we could warn him to watch for that. But what happened was the opposite, and I didn't see it clearly until later, when I looked at overhead camera shots. Marquez didn't step on Manny's foot. Manny stepped on Marquez's foot. And when Marquez pulled it out, it sent Manny off-balance and forward — right into the perfect right hand. I wasn't ready for that. I had told Manny, when he steps on your foot, don't pull away. But the other way? I didn't see that coming."--

I have Ward ahead of Donaire. Period. Ward has thoroughly dominated top notch competition and achieved lineal status. He even dethroned (albeit through draining) the 175lb lineal champ.

Ward and Floyd are definitively ahead of Donaire...for now. I'm okay with any order of #3-5 being JMM/Donaire/Sexy.

Marquez clearly intentionally stepped on Pacquiaos foot.

He could be #1 in the next few years, as long as he gets the fights to put him there.

NOPE! even if that happened Donaire would not move to #1.

At the moment hes #5 at best behind Money,JMM,Ward and Martinez. :thumbsup

Donaire is a very good boxer. But you are deluded if you think he is the best in the world.

He has a long way to go to topple the current people ahead of him.

I would only put him at #4 ahead of Martinez at that time.
    That's just my opinion. :think

If Floyd loses/looks god awful and Donaire wins/looks incredible, I move Donaire up to 2 or 3. He can only get above Ward if Ward loses though. Ward's fighting too flawlessly atm and he's doing it versus some of the best fighters in the world. He's run into a new problem though... nobody left to fight at 68 or even 75. . . .

While i don't think donaire is #1 i don't have any problem if you were to rank him as high as p4p #2.yes ward is taking out the top fighters at 168 but donaire has won belts over good fighters in what 3 different classes. As far as opponents go I think we should hold these elite guys to the same standards you have people rating ward #1 for dominating SMW but there's nobody there anyone feels can beat him yet People cry for a mayweather to move from his 4th weight class for the same reason. People try to downplay some of donaire wins under the excuse that they were older when currently 7/10 of the top p4p fighters are over 30 right now donaire is a dominate guy in the lower weights and has shown it over a number of divisions there no arguing against that currently JMM/Ward/Martinez/Donaire are all interchangeable for that second slot.

Ward hasn't faced the toughest opponents to be #1 over Donaire. If Ward beats either Martinez or Golovkin then he can make a case for #1 but not now.

Ward needs to either face Martinez or Golovkin to be ranked ahead of Donaire. Mayweather lost to Castillo and has fought 5 times in the past 6 years against washed up bums. Mayweather fought Pacquiao's leftovers in Marquez and Cotto.

Donaire is #1 right now, he will just further separate himself from the pack in the coming years.
