    He said he wants to keep using VADA. He didn't for Holt because ESPN wasn't paying him enough for him to afford it

    Yup. He has the testosterone levels of an 80 year old man, remember. There’s no way in hell he can come back in and compete unless he’s aided by his armpit roids. And if he decides to do testing, he and GBP will choose USADA who operate by GBP’s requirements and will turn a blind eye to his 4:1 ratios.
