    Your point wasn't valid!

There's currently only 20 dates a year for boxing on Sky. The more of those 20 shows that they actually air the better.

If you work on that logic, Sky show more live boxing than they did 3 years ago.

    1 live fight x 44 = 44 live fights.

    3.5 live fights x 14 = 49 live fights.

Good move but I agree that a full boxing card can't be showed on Sky. Too many boxers don't come in good enough shape, fight good enough opponents or come to fight. Big fights should make up the televised card. Everyone else should be battling for tv time.

BS! So you don't want to see the progression of the 3-0 kids like Callum Smith etc? This is where BoxNation is great, and now Sky have followed :happy

you fail to understand the point. With BoxNation and Sky red button, a hardcore boxing fan (which is you, and not 99% of the UK) can watch those record building fights. But its detrimental to the image of boxing to show these fights live on TV.

It can only be a good thing to build profiles and knowledge of people.. Casuals may only watch the main event. There will hopefully be less 40-36, KO1s, I agree but it's a good addition /thread :deal:yep

Are there less mismatches now BoxNation show the entire card?

If boxing fans want to watch Callum Smith, that's fine, but I wouldn't want his one sided fights be on the televised undercard of shows. The only fights on TV should be intriguing, unpredictable fights, not boring one sided shut outs between a prospect and a journeyman.
