Watched Gonzalez-Vazquez, pretty interesting scrap. Gonzalez looks unreal for 6 rounds, just wailing on Izzy. The 2nd KD is a nice one, catches him while he's expecting the jab. Izzy is shout out and out classed until he grabs the KD, and still he manages to lose the next round. Drags himself back the following round and finishes it off well in the one after that. Odd stoppage from the corner but I doubt Gonzalez was making the final bell. Izzy was on top at that stage and Gonzalez seemed spent. Good fight IMO.

 

I dunno' about that. Everyone seems to think it's a robbery but the footage we have paints an even fight in my picture, and we have more to go on than we do of Louis-Walcott I.

Anyway Pone done a number on an even more diminished Perez, but allowed Perez his demand for neutral ground and didn't even know what the **** was going on. But Pone won.

He's not as great as some say (this old dude at boxing.com had him in the high 70s of his P4P list, Boxing Monthly recently did a flyweight piece where Pone and ****ing TOO SHARP got in atsch) but I think he deserves to get full credit for Perez I.

The 70s version (and superior) Ola Afolabi. Burnett's record looks horrible, but he was horribly robbed against Conteh, who went on to look sublime for most of his first fight with Saad, and beat disinterested Galindez.

 

That's the fight for Conteh's stripped title by the way, which Burnett took on a few days notice.

The rules are simple: I get drunk and high and try to score fights. My scorecards aren't the greatest at the best of time so be forgiving...

First up, Starling vs Brown. This is my first ever Marlon Starling fight and looks like a ******* to score so I'm gonna start with this while I'm the most sober. Let's get it on!

So first off, what the **** was with that judge?! 116-112 Brown...Horse****! Oh yeah, the count:

Seriously, I'd have to finish off the bottle to score that for brown and then i'd be dead.

I had it 118-110 Starling in a masterclass. Brown is a damn good fight and Starling completely dominated for 8 rounds, and then mildly dominated for 4.
