Haye would be too fast and powerful for Helenius. Haye would time the lazy shots coming at him and explode back.
Helenius just seems to look worse every time he steps in the ring. i think it could be over for him.

he's going nowhere near Haye, that's for sure.

I seriously think Helenius' life would be in danger against Haye. Ulli Wegner seems to have told his fighters "**** training, drink beer. You don't need defense or fitness, you are strong like bear!"

Haye would rock his world. Helenius hasn't looked good since his injury. Even before, I don't think he'd have anything more than a small puncher's chance against Haye.

Haye isn't a very hard puncher at heavyweight, and Helenius has never been down as a pro as far as I'm aware. Haye could win a decision, but he would have to be careful or Helenius would ko him.

Haye is a very sharp puncher @ HW. Helenius,Vitali and Tyson Fury couldnt hurt Chisora and Haye KO'd him in 5 rounds.

Haye was the only person to rock Valuev.
So Haye isn't David Tua or Foreman but he has good technique and is a very sharp puncher. Plus he's a counter puncher.

Helenius was nearly dropped by the fat,old journeyman that is called Sherman Williams. Helenius is out in 4.

I've spotted Adam Booth sitting in the audience at the Helenius fight. Probably there to study Helenius and report back to Haye.

    Haye would literally end him.
