Says Angelo Dundee did not really train Ali? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5_bguRmRPA whats wrong with this dude says he just worked his corner
Who are u to question what he's saying I'm sure he knows ppl that worked In Ali and Dundee Camp!!! I'm sure he wouldn't say something like this about Men of this Stature Unless it had some truth To it!!! its the same thing with Mike Tyson Teddy Atlas Did most of the Training during camp..and D'Amato's worked Tyson Corner During matches
First of all, I can barely understand a word this guy says. Secondly, he's a ****ing moron. And lastly, I can barely understand a word this guy says.
Another similar situation like that is with Lou Duva who worked the corners for fighters like Whitaker and Meldrick but the real trainer was George Benton.
He's an idiot and a disrespectful piece of **** who should never have any outlet to speak publically !
This is one case were roger is correct! Dundee was the best corner man and was bought in for his tactical knowledge. SRL used him in the same way.
I don't know man.. That bulletproof, a-side meth -accusation sounded pretty legit to me. ..and here it is. "That mother***** is on the A-side meth, that's what the f*** he's on," "It's called the A-side meth. He on that or he on something else. The A-side meth is what they used to have 500 years ago. Remember when the Philippines were fighting the US soldiers? They were shooting them motherf****s with 45s. And 45s were bouncing off their motherf****ng a$$. They weren't even dying!" -- Roger Mayweather
He didn't tell Ali what to do in training if Ali didn't want to do something he wouldn't Angelo didn't tell him what to do. So i guess in a way he wasn't a traditional trainer. He didn't advise much in the corner cause Ali had a plan and did what he thought was best so Roger is right kinda i guess i havn't watched the clip but from what you wrote it sounds mostly correct
