Ok say you can spend a couple of days working out with anyone from history.

They are fully aware of your capabilities and limitations and treat you accordingly.

So you got 1 on 1 with any fighters and their trainer.

Most like : Willie Pep, just to experience how hard he was to hit.

Least like : Dempsey, i would fear for my life !

Most- Harry Greb. I can't imagine the interesting pointers he would give. A guy who could definitely help you find your own style.

Least- Sonny Liston. He was reputedly brutal on his sparmates. He was downright hostile in the gym.

    Least would be Dempsey.

He was absolutely merciless to his sparring partners.

Least: Prime Mike Tyson for obvious reasons.

Most: Harry Greb. It would just be awesome seeing him in action. Maybe I am being presumptuous in saying I would "see" the action as I would probably be blinded by the ass whooping Greb put on me.

I'd love to spar mayweather despite being about 3 stone bigger than him.

I'd hate to spar wlad because he could probably kill an untrained man like myself.

Tyson is my most and least. Least because he was brutal on everyone. Most because when I was younger I had a perverse desire to know what it would be like to be hit by him. True story, back when I was a young teen in the late 80s, Mike Tyson was walking past me at the Forum in Los Angeles, and as he was walking by I asked him to hit me in the face with a jab. I told him I just wanted to know what it felt like to get hit by him. He paused and smiled at me a little, looked at me like I was crazy, and then decided to keep moving along through the hallway. I probably was crazy at that point.

Probably sparring with Ali would be fun because he was the type of guy who would work with his sparring partners, clown around, and let them work. He wasn't out to hurt you in there.

I once sparred with Michael Nunn, and he was nice and took it easy on me. I also sparred with Lance Whitaker, the massive heavy, and even his really light punches felt heavy. I was probably only about 140 at the time. I also went a few rounds with Freddie Norwood, and he was trying to throw as hard as he could, grunting when he punched, but I could take them (he was smaller than me) and I nailed him a really nice right uppercut. He had a solid right hook from the southpaw stance.

Ali would be my favorite, for the reasons given here. Three times I wrote to try to spar with Ali, but I never received a reply. It would have been a memorable experience.

When I met George Foreman at the Boxing Writers' Dinner in New York in 1995, I took a picture of him. He squared off in a boxing pose - what a great picture! Not exactly sparring, but I did get to see what it's like to face George Foreman in a fighting stance.

Liston would be my least favorite, with Tyson a close second. Strangely, I once dreamed that I was about to box with Tyson, but awoke just before the opening bell. Just as well!

Most: Willie Pep, Robinson, Greb, Ali and people like that just to see how awesome they were in the ring. From what I've heard anyway none seemed like they'd go hard on you. I'd also add Julian Jackson to the list just so I can feel how hard he punched...If I didn't weigh about 190 I wouldn't dare.

Least: Dempsey, Tyson, Galento, Foreman, Liston, Marciano (despite being my favourite fighter) and I'd add James Toney. He'd make me miss and miss, counter me silly and just stand there saying "C'mon biiiaaatch".

Dempsey did not pull his punches in sparring, he brutalised many guys. I would not fancy being in there with him! Ali was pretty easy on his partners , and it would be a wonderful experience to be able to say you had sparred with him.
