Why do I have to list anyone at all? Floyd is the one who set the parameters of who is and who isn't worthy of fighting him. Guerrero doesn't meet those stringent levels of vetting. Does he?

Nobody has a chance to beat Mayweather once the fight is over. Everyone claimed Shane was the man to beat him until the fight was signed. It's very easy to claim Martinez is the man to beat him now. What happens when 38 year old Martinez drains himself down to 154 to fight Floyd? Floyd beats him and he simply dragged a past prime fighter down a weight class. You claim he wants none of Trout or Alvarez, but I can guarentee you the tone would change if signed to fight one of those guys.

You say Mayweather is not that good. But he's the highest ranked and highest paid fighter in the sport. He's at the pinnacle of the sport. The man has won titles in 5 weight classes without taking a loss and while being ranked as one if the top 10 fighters in the sport for 15 years. Why has no one else been able to do this?

17lb weight , same difference if floyd fought Martinez

Do u think he can beat Martinez ? It's a very relevant question.

Mayweather already accomplished that when he faced Hoya.

Did you really just compare fighting Margarito to fighting Martinez?

go ahead, list some other welterweights that Floyd should be fighting..
if this match up is so dreadful, surely you can list @ least 5 more worthy opponents, or... maybe you're just talking out of your ass again..

Exactly. And if fight night weight differences equal taking a risk, then what about his fight against Ortiz? Ortiz outweighed Mayweather by 14 lbs.

Yep, taking on an un-ranked Junior Middleweight who'd been in-active for a year since a crushing KO loss at a catchweight was a real daring move.

Does Guerrero meet the standards Floyd Mayweather Jr. put in place? He said he wouldn't fight certain guys until they had beaten guys with name recognition and has often criticized fighters for not earning as much money as he has or done as much in PPV. This is the standard HE set. How does Guerrero qualify?

    I'm still waiting...:hey
