I don't know if he could deal with his fighters losing, he does have the ability to do it, with the money he likes to spend he would be better off being a promoter
I like it. This role brings out the authentic Floyd. There's an earnest sincerity about him when he's in this role. Good for him.
He doesn`t have the mental ability to be a successful trainer IMO, just about the only thing he can do without stuttering & getting all over emotional is box, once that`s done (which won`t be long now) I think he`s going to be a potential suicide candidate.
You have issues. And need many years of therapy. You don't know what he's like IRL. He will be a greater promoter, trainer.
At around :40 he takes too long to open up the water bottle cap. Not only that but the way he holds the bottle is wrong because if you apply too much pressure to the bottle your fighter will be too hydrated. he needs to hold the bottle from the top not the bottom.
He's following in his family tradition. After a Mayweather retires, they become a trainer I think he will do the same.

Odd post considering Floyd is mentally light years ahead of his peers as a boxer. I would think that the transition to trainer would be fairly simple considering he's lived along his Dad and Uncles. Yeah, nevermind, you don't know wtf you're talking about.
All he`s ever did is box, he struggles doing anything else I`ve seen or heard, training is not boxing, he`s gonna struggle real bad in less than 2 years (when he`s retired.)

he would never cut it s a promoter, but he knows boxing and not only been taught in a boxing family but all mayweathers are good trainers
